Engineering Design
Designs are engineered from concept sketches to CAD to simulations and to final design prototypes. Each phase materializes from an aesthetically guided mindset.
Scale Modelling
Scale modeling allows for visualization of a design in a manner unrivaled by any computerized view. Tangible representations of designs allow clients and designers to share a common tactile language and finalize a design.
3D Printing
With hundreds of hours of experience tuning and experimenting with an FDM machine, 3D printing has manufactured numerous engineering test articles and prototypes.
BIO
I am Kai Mills, a recent graduate with a BS in mechanical engineering. I have formerly worked for Enerpro, Inc. and was a student at the Dos Pueblos Engineering Academy in High School.

Outside of engineering, I enjoy artistic ventures such as making music, digital art, and model making. My projects incorporate elements of these in their design.
